M13win Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms for Malaysian Users
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the m13win platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the m13win platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are required to discontinue use of this platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and m13win as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The m13win platform is intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and above who are Malaysian citizens or lawful residents. Use of the platform by anyone below the stipulated age limit is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be in breach of this requirement will be closed immediately.
2. Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account at m13win. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension or closure. Identity verification (KYC) using your MyKad or other official Malaysian documents is mandatory before your first withdrawal can be processed.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials. m13win will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. m13win is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
3. User Responsibilities & Rules
As a user of the m13win platform, you agree to comply with all usage rules set out herein. Any attempt to cheat, exploit system vulnerabilities, use automated software (bots), or engage in unfair conduct is strictly prohibited.
You are not permitted to use this platform for any illegal purposes, financial fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates Malaysian law. m13win reserves the right to report any suspected activity to the relevant authorities.
- Sharing or transferring your account to another party is strictly prohibited.
- Using a VPN or any other technical method to misrepresent your location is strictly prohibited.
- Misuse of the promotion or bonus system through dishonest means is strictly prohibited.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws.
4. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the m13win platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, and visual elements — is the exclusive property of m13win and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written authorisation.
The m13win platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. Such links do not imply that m13win endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users access third-party sites at their own risk.
Trade names, trademarks, and logos appearing on this platform are the property of their respective owners. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
5. Payment Information & Transactions
Deposit in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the m13win platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum deposit amounts and transaction limits will be stated during the payment process and are subject to change from time to time.
Supported payment methods include local bank transfers via FPX and approved Malaysian eWallets. m13win is not liable for any delays or transaction failures caused by third-party payment processors.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all funds used for deposits are legitimate and belong to them. Deposits made using credit cards or funds obtained through illegal means are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal of Winnings
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to successful identity verification and the fulfilment of all applicable wagering requirements. m13win reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal.
Withdrawal processing times range from one to three business days, depending on the chosen method and the level of verification required. Withdrawals suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering will be placed on hold pending the completion of an investigation.
Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Any withdrawal attempt made before the requirements are fulfilled will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus.
6. Liability Limits & Account Policy
M13win makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from errors at all times. Services may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, system upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control.
To the extent permitted by law, m13win is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including the loss of wagered funds due to unforeseeable technical disruptions.
Account Suspension and Closure
M13win reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached any provision of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a threat to the integrity of the platform.
Users whose accounts are suspended pending investigation will be notified via their registered email address. Users have the right to submit an appeal within 14 days of receiving the notice.
7. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
M13win reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.
Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes to the terms will be deemed full acceptance of the amended terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be interpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
